Windows folder

PCGamingWiki lists this folder for both configuration and save data:[1]

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Indie Devil\Nomad Drive\

Paste it into File Explorer’s address bar and press Enter. Windows expands %USERPROFILE% to your user folder. This only opens the folder; it does not change the save.

Make a separate copy

The following is a conservative file-backup routine, not a game-specific restore command.

Use copy, not move. Do not overwrite your only copy while experimenting. A backup copy is useful to keep; it is not proof that every world or version can be restored from it.

If the folder is missing

Confirm you are looking under the Windows account that runs the game. Do not create an empty folder and assume it contains a save. Record the edition and platform before looking further; the reference’s Linux/Steam Play entry refers to a compatibility prefix rather than a directly verified save-file path.

This guide does not establish Steam Cloud support, Demo-to-Early-Access transfer, filename mapping or a safe overwrite sequence. Those are separate questions, so there is no delete-and-replace instruction here.
